Deposits, payment methods, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and delivery times are not published on our website. Please confirm these with the studio before you book. See Contact us.

3. Booking

To reserve studio time, contact us by phone or email. Your session starts at your booked time.

4. Studio rules

Studio rules and regulations apply to everyone who uses the studio. In summary, our website states: no smoking or alcohol inside the studio; be on time; handle all equipment with care; keep the studio clean, with no food or drinks near the gear. The full rules are on the Regulations page, which takes priority over this summary.

5. Music, licences and ownership

Instrumentals are sold as "Non-Exclusive" or "Exclusive". What each option allows you to do, and who owns the recordings, mixes, masters and cover art made during a session, is not published on our website. Please ask the studio for these terms in writing before you pay or release any music. See also our Image licensing, data & copyright policy.

6. Website content

Our website carries the notice "All copyrights reserved @kcrecordings 2025". Please do not copy or reuse our content without permission. Details are in the copyright policy.

7. Third-party links

Our site links to services we do not run, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Linktree, LANDR and our partner apexxmusic.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Which law and courts govern these terms is not stated on our website; please ask the studio if this matters for your booking.

Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

The only form on our website is the "Contact Us" form (opened with the Join KC button). It asks for your name, email address and message. You may also give us information by phone or email when you book.

2. How the contact form works

When you press Submit, the form opens your own email app with a message to the studio's email address (kcinfinityrecords@gmail.com), pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. Based on the website code, the form does not save your details to a database on our site.

3. What we use it for

We use what you send to reply to you and to handle your enquiry or booking. Any other use is not described on our website; please ask us if you want to know.

4. Information stored on your device

Our home page shows a "New Artist" pop-up. If you close it yourself, your browser stores a small note on your device (local storage) so the pop-up does not appear again. This note stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.

5. Third-party services on our site

Whether our hosting provider or Cloudflare keeps visitor logs, whether we use analytics or cookies, how long we keep enquiries, and who we share them with are not stated on our website. Please ask the studio. See Contact us.

6. Your requests

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, contact us using the details below. We cannot describe a formal process here because none is published on our website.

7. Children

Our website does not say how we handle information about children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact the studio for you.

Contact us

If anything here is unclear, or your question is not answered, please contact the record company directly. We would rather answer you than have you guess.
