Image Licensing, Data & Copyright Policy
This page only states what is published on the KC Infinity Records website. Where the website does not say, we point you to the studio instead of guessing. The wording should be reviewed by the record company (and a qualified legal professional) before it is treated as final.
Copyright notice
Our website carries the notice: "All copyrights reserved @kcrecordings 2025". Please do not copy, republish, sell or redistribute content from this site without written permission from KC Infinity Records.
The website does not say who owns each individual item (for example a specific photo, cover, video or song). If you need to know, or want to use something, ask the studio first. See Contact us.
Images, logos and video
The site shows the KC Infinity Records logo, studio and founder photos, artist photos, release artwork and videos (music videos, TikTok clips, live performances and studio clips).
- Please do not download, edit or reuse these for your own promotion, products or channels without permission.
- Artist images and music belong to the featured artists and/or the record company. Which applies to a given item is not stated on the site, so please ask before using them, including for press, playlists or social posts.
- If you are featured in an image or video on our site and want to ask about it, contact us.
Music, instrumentals and cover art
- Instrumentals are listed as "Non-Exclusive" (R800) and "Exclusive" (R1600). What each option allows, and how long it lasts, is not published on our website. Please get the licence terms from the studio in writing before you release anything.
- Art cover / design is listed at R1500. Who owns the finished artwork and how you may use it is not published; please confirm with the studio.
- Mixing, mastering, recording and live instruments are listed as services. Ownership of the resulting recordings and files is not published; please confirm with the studio.
- Distribution is listed as available, and our site names apexxmusic.com as a partner. Distribution terms are set by the studio and the distributor, so please ask us first.
Streaming and video links on our site (YouTube, Linktree, LANDR and others) are run by third parties, and their terms apply to what you find there.
Data
The only personal information our website collects is what you type into the Contact Us form (name, email, message), which opens your own email app. Full details, including third-party services, are in our Privacy Policy.
How the studio stores files and recordings that clients hand over during sessions, and how long they are kept, is not published on our website. Please ask the studio before you hand over material you want deleted or returned.
